PORTSMOUTH COUNCIL OF COMMUNITY SERVICE
There are vast resources of talent within the Portsmouth area supporting communities and groups. A comprehensive listing of these groups will soon be available on the web at the Hampshire e.VOLve website, which already contains information on a number of Portsmouth organisations. The e.VOLve site contains details of community and voluntary resources throughout Hampshire.
A full listing of organisations is retained at PCCS, and PCCS is the organisation which maintains the Portsmouth area register of organisations on behalf of e.VOLve.
At present there are some 800 groups within the Portsmouth City area. It is the intention of PCCS to register as many of these into membership in order that a full service of information, networking and support is available to all of these groups.
