
One of their qualified Learning and Skills Advisers will visit you to identify where the skills gaps are within your organisation, your paid staff and your volunteers. They will then help you to access the skills or training necessary to work more effectively, by developing an “action plan” for learning through some or all of the following:
Providing an organisational training needs analysis (TNA)
Help you create an organisational training plan
Provide individual training needs analyses
Signpost suitable local training opportunities
