MERLIN - Not the Wizard, but certainly a wizard way of working. PCCS is adopting MERLIN as its default database from next spring. It’s designed to provide a massive range of information and PCCS will be able to build a comprehensive annual state of the sector profile.

The Charity Commission have launched a Customer Network, and are looking for new members of their network to give the customer’s perspective on a range of policy and service issues.  More information on the Commission is available online.

Carers Week starts on Thursday 17th June 2010, during this time Carers UK will be holding a Care Awareness Exhibition at Mountbatten Centre, Alexander Park, Stamshaw, PO2 9QA, between 10am-3.30pm.

There will be approximatley 65 stands taking part incuding charities and local businesses.
