PCCS is able to offer a variety of training resources to help the development of individuals and groups. This is delivered through the TRACs programme. This training is also targeted at improving the governance potential of organisations.
TRACs TRAINING delivers a programme of short courses based on the expressed needs of the sector. In the spirit of sustainability PCCS introduced a sliding scale of costs but with some limited free places available for small community groups. The programme has been well attended and received and has highlighted the need for a more substantial and varied approach to training for the Voluntary and Community Sector (VCS).
